Currently serves as the Safety and Environment Unit Head at Zamboanga City Medical Center and practices as a Clinic Physician at the Zamboanga Peninsula Medical Center TB-DOTS Clinic, as well as a Lifestyle Medicine Physician at Zamboanga Lifestyle Medicine Clinic. He also holds the position of Medical Specialist II at Zamboanga City Medical Center. He earned his MD from Ateneo de Zamboanga University – School of Medicine and furthered his expertise with a Masters in Hospital Administration from St. Jude Manila and a Masters in Public Health from Ateneo de Zamboanga University.

He is a diplomate of both the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine and the Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine and serves as the Chapter President of the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine – Zamboanga Peninsula.
