A graduate of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Medicine, having completed both pre-medical studies with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and the medical degree. Trained as a cadre in the Incident Command System through a ladderized emergency response program and holder of a Master’s in Management with a focus on Hospital Administration from Philippine Christian University.

Currently serving as Safety Officer and Medical Officer at Mandaluyong City Medical Center, with additional training in Family and Community Medicine through a Practice-Based Residency at Rizal Medical Center.
