Dr. Arthur Dominic Amansec is a Lifestyle Medicine Specialist and diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine and Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine, where he topped the board exams in 2020. He also specializes in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry as the first Filipino physician certified by the International Society of Addiction Medicine.

He practices Lifestyle, Integrative, and Alternative Medicine at Rapha Health Institute in Makati and provides online weight management consultations through Activ-Medical Group. A resource speaker on wellness, mental health, and substance abuse, he also served as a guest host for the Malasakit Kapwa Radio Show and led the Department of Health’s foreign and local donations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Amansec earned his MD from the University of Santo Tomas and a BS in Psychology with honors from San Beda University.
